It has been a few years since I met Mr. Paul Ramikie and it’s an extreme pleasure to have met him through a mutual friend. I found him to be a rather humble individual, a person who has done so well during his time in Canada, but you would never know.
Quite a humorous individual and you would never know this side of him. But! If you are fortunate to be with or around him in the ideal setting, the stories you would hear will have you crying tears of joy and laughter.
He is very insightful, the depth and accuracy he provides for you to get a clear understanding of worldly views and affair at times are mind blowing.
Mr. Ramikie is a very diligent man; from what I have gather so far. He takes pride in what he does, aside from his families and faith. I know for a fact his passions are helping others through community outreach in Canada and the Caribbean.

Dear Paul,
Three years ago I worked in the same office with you. I referred a prospect to you in hopes you would be able to turn him into one of your clients. I then left RE/MAX and joined another brokerage.
Little did I know that three years later, you’d send me a note saying you were still working with my associate and were close to completing a deal.
This was followed a month or so later with a very sizeable referral cheque. Believe me, I was very happily surprised – but on further thought, my surprise was unwarranted. You have always impressed me with your work ethic, your persistence and remarkable ability to build your prospects into loyal clients. You are also a man that always keeps his word.
So I am very pleased to send you my recommendation for other real estate practitioners to trust you with their friends and contacts when it comes to referring a Commercial Realtor. As far as I’m concerned, you’re the BEST!
If anyone has any questions, they are free to contact me.
Sincerely,
- Jim Berglund
Paul is a genuinely joyful person who has been able to maintain a sense of optimism despite life’s ups and downs. He sometimes uses his charisma to help him glide through life but never in a way that would disadvantage others. He has cultivated a sense of buddhist detachment which allows him to make decisions without encumbrance.
